Casuarina Resort, Cha-Am

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. While the beach front location was tranquil and offered a lovely escape from city life, the atmosphere was marred by loud karaoke dining experiences. The staff was wonderfully friendly and the beach front room was comfortable, but the noise made it hard to relax. It's clear that the place has potential, but it needs some serious adjustments.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the beach front location and the quiet environment offered a perfect escape from the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. On the downside, the room I stayed in was in need of some updates, with issues like a persistent water sound from the shower. The dining was not ideal either, especially due to the karaoke night that disrupted my peace.

My stay was not what I expected for a Hansar brand hotel, which is generally known for quality. While the location was beautiful and serene, the overwhelming karaoke atmosphere from the restaurant ruined my quiet getaway. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, especially since we were not Thai, leading to a rather disappointing experience overall.

This resort offers a peaceful beachside escape with beautiful views and a wonderful swimming pool. The rooms are generally comfortable, but some could use a bit of attention and maintenance. While the staff is friendly, it felt like they catered more to local guests, making it less welcoming for foreigners. The dining experience also seemed to fall short, especially at breakfast.
